We respect your privacy: Resource On Demand do not hold or store financial information on any individual after payments have been processed.

Under no circumstances will Resource on Demand use your personal information for any other purpose other than informing you about Resource On Demands services. We will not pass your personal information to third parties, except to successors in title to our business.

Fees quoted include the cost of examination.

All fees quoted are exclusive of VAT which must be paid in addition to the quoted fee, chargeable at the current standard rate.

All prices are correct at the point of publication, but may be subject to change.

Refund Policy

Where examinations (whether by an internal or external examining authority) form part of, or are taken following a course, no refund of fees can be given in the event of a Learner failing to reach the standard required. Examiners’ decisions are final.

Transfers are not available after the commencement of a course. Transfers requested after the commencement of a course will be deemed to be non-attendance.

Non-attendance (if a Learner fails to attend a course) – course fees will not be refunded or allocated to another program.

Cancellation Policy

Resource On Demand reserves the right to cancel or alter the dates or provision of service, the venue and the individual or organisation providing the service. In the event of cancellation, bookings will normally be transferred to the next available course unless the Learner specifically requests otherwise.

If a booking is canceled by the Learner or the Learner wishes to change the date of their course then the following fees will be payable:

Resource On Demand reserves the right to charge a £50 plus VAT (at the current standard rate) administration fee for each cancellation/transfer. Telephone cancellations cannot be accepted. Any cancellations must be confirmed immediately in writing either by post to the address below or email to info@resourceondemand.com with the word Cancellation in the subject box.
