1. Salesforce Hiring Project Initiation

Firstly, we’ll go on a fact finding mission with the Salesforce Hiring team. Asking them questions to find out what you do. Who have you used in the past? What went well? What would you change next time?

2. Project Planning

Together with the Salesforce hiring team we’ll come up with a detailed hiring plan. Including a breakdown schedule of your company’s own recruitment strategy and positioning in the market place.

3. Project Launch

The ROD team goes hunting. Using all available resources, we will find the best candidates for you, selling your opportunity and brand to the best people “in” the market (not just “on” it).

4. Project Execution

After researching the market place for the best available candidates, we will submit only the very best candidates to the Salesforce hiring manager.

5. Performance

We will book in the candidates you want to interview. Don’t worry, we’ll make sure they are fully prepped and have read all about you, the company and the role!

6. Project Control

Good or bad, just let us know what you thought and we’ll feed this back for you. We’ll also provide feedback on how and where you can improve your hiring process to attract only the very best candidates.
