Are you a strong Salesforce Customer Success Manager with good Salesforce Administration skills?

If yes, then our client, a small Canadian / London based ISV would love to speak to you.

This role is unable to provide sponsorship and all applicants must be eligible to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

As the Salesforce Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for demonstrating products, onboarding new clients, presales and providing functional and technical customer support to new and existing clients.

You'll collaborate closely with Sales to lead and support software demonstrations, customer trials, proposals, contracting, renewals, and expansion opportunities.

Skills

As the Salesforce Customer Success Manager you must have:
- Strong hands-on Salesforce administration and configuration skills including Lightning Apps
- Proficiency with programming or scripting languages such as Java, VBA, Python, Javascript or similar
- An ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional communication skills with a focus on quality and a high attention to detail
- Excellent analytical ability and data processing skills

Experience Requirements

Ideally you will have experience in Client Support, Delivery and/or Technical Account Management.

Prior experience working with data in a variety of formats such as Relational Databases, XML, CSV, JSON.

Experience with Capital Markets, foreign exchange or finance would be a big bonus.

Qualifications

Salesforce certifications advantageous.

Educational Requirements

A university degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Finance/Accounting
