Responsibilities
As the Data Management Specialist Key Responsibilities will include:
- Manage campaign selections and data imports within Raiser's Edge.
- Contribute to the longer-term CRM strategy by actively participating in the migration process to Salesforce Non-Profit Cloud.
- Utilise hands-on technical skills to effectively manage and support the import of data from third-party data suppliers.
- Identify, understand, and address data quality issues at their source, implementing robust data quality monitoring and management processes.
- Develop and maintain strong SQL skills to query and manipulate data as needed for reporting and analysis purposes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between data management processes and organisational objectives.
- Stay current with industry best practices and emerging trends in data management and CRM systems.

Experience Requirements
