Are you a Digital Operations Manager?

Do you have experience in one of the following marketing automation platforms; Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Marketo or Eloqua?

Then this role could be of interest.

Our client are a Salesforce Partner who are looking for a Digital Operations Manager to join their team on a remote basis.

This role is unable to provide sponsorship and all applicants must be eligible to work in Romania.

Responsibilities

As the Digital Operations Manager you will be responsible for coordinating workload for the team working across the Americas, Europe and India.

You'll also support the Director of Global Digital Production with business development efforts such as RFPs, SOWs, and client pitches.

Skills

As the Digital Operations Manager you must have:
- Expertise in at least one or more Marketing Automation Platforms, such as; Salesforce Marketing Cloud (preferred), Marketo and Eloqua
- Outstanding organisational and communication skills
- Ability to lead discussion and discovery to drive business requirements, campaign requirements and content management across multi-functional teams at a global level
- Ability to manage SLA's and production KPIs

Experience Requirements

Experience of managing Jira reporting, and experience of developing internal team processes for work assignment, work visibility and project management.
