Responsibilities
As the global Salesforce Administrator, you'll add value and help the organisation achieve their greater goals, by working within the design and development phase of the project, to help with testing and provide insight on Salesforce functionality. In addition to providing 2nd line support to help resolve User issues.
Skills
As the global Salesforce Administrator you must have:
- Proven background in implementing and managing Salesforce applications
- Knowledgable about other cloud applications such as AWS, Azure
- Able to test and troubleshoot Salesforce applications, and experience of tickets and escalation protocols
- Proven background in implementing and managing Salesforce applications

Experience Requirements
Experience of the not for profit sector would be highly advantageous.
Experience of working in complex global IT environments.
