We are working with a leading global consulting company, who are looking for a Head of IT Sales to oversee the UK market. In return for being a high achiever, having lots of ambition and strong sales leadership experience, you will be rewarded with an excellent and highly competitive OTE and the opportunity to speak at prestigious conferences.
This role is London based with travel.

- Able to demonstrate that you are a high achiever with individual sales in the Salesforce ecosystem
- In depth knowledge of developing pricing strategies and models
- Able to build strategic relationships with Customer stakeholders
- Proven and demonstrable background in sales management
- Ability to hire, coach, mentor and manage sales teams effectively
- Able to set individual sales quotas for sales teams and drive personnel to meet these goals
Ideally, you will have experience of working in a matrix management environment.
