Do you have experience as Head of IT Sales or Sales Manager at a leading global system integrator?

Do you have a record of delivering eight digit sales targets in a previous technology sales management position?

If yes, then our client would love to talk to you.

We are working with a leading global consulting company, who are looking for a Head of IT Sales to oversee the UK market. In return for being a high achiever, having lots of ambition and strong sales leadership experience, you will be rewarded with an excellent and highly competitive OTE and the opportunity to speak at prestigious conferences.

This role is London based with travel.

This role is unable to provide sponsorship and all applicants must be eligible to work in the UK.


The Head of IT Sales will be responsible for pipeline and management forecasting, analysing business and sales performance, assisting with refining marketing strategies, as well as driving the sales team to hit sales goals.


As Head of IT Sales  you must have the following skills:
- Able to demonstrate that you are a high achiever with individual sales in the Salesforce ecosystem
- In depth knowledge of developing pricing strategies and models
- Able to build strategic relationships with Customer stakeholders
- Proven and demonstrable background in sales management
- Ability to hire, coach, mentor and manage sales teams effectively
- Able to set individual sales quotas for sales teams and drive personnel to meet these goals

Experience Requirements

You must have experience as a Sales Manager or Head of IT Sales at a leading global systems integrator.

Ideally, you will have experience of working in a matrix management environment.
