Are you a Salesforce Business Systems Analyst looking for your next challenge?

Do you have knowledge of marketing automation tools such as Marketo?

If yes, then we may just the role for you.

Our client is a fast-growing global media company, looking to hire someone on a permanent basis.

This role is unable to provide sponsorship and all applicants must be eligible to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

You'll be responsible for helping to implement Salesforce and the day-to-day running of the CRM system to support commercial teams. 

Skills

As the Salesforce Business Systems Analyst you must have:
- A proven background in hands-on configuration of Salesforce
- Previous experience as a System / Business Analyst to improve system processes and functionality of Salesforce
- Ability to explain complex technical principles to non-technical audiences 

Experience Requirements

Experience must include:
- Proven experience with Salesforce systems support
- Experience of being in an Agile Scrum/Kanban team
- Experience of marketing automation tools such as Marketo

Qualifications

Salesforce certifications would be an advantage.
