Salesforce CRM Lead

Are you a dynamic farsighted Salesforce CRM Manager looking for a fulfilling role with a Salesforce customer in the financial services sector?

We have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Salesforce CRM Manager  to work with a global financial Services company based in the UK. This is an exciting role to act as the technology lead in change projects that involve the CRM platform and are responsible for ensuring that the CRM platform meets the needs of the business and their clients.

As the Salesforce CRM Manager you will lead the strategy, design, development, and management of the CRM platform alongside BAU activities.

You'll also manage, motivate, and lead the team on a day-to-day basis and be able to represent your team and work with stakeholders and Partners at all levels of the organisation to determine CRM system requirements and functionalities.

The ideal candidate will have:

- Proven track record in the Salesforce ecosystem and the ability to evangelise the platforms benefits
- Knowledge and understanding of the full project lifecycle including in depth understanding of the business needs and requirements
- Strong people skills and leadership experience to manage a team and the ability to influence key decision makers

You will ideally have demonstrable experience of working alongside technology and change professionals, preferably within a banking and investments environment.
