Our client is a fast-growing global media company, who are looking for someone to join the team on a fixed term contract.

This role is unable to provide sponsorship, and all applicants must be eligible to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

Salesforce & Customer Insight Product Manager you will be responsible for working closely with internal business functions to define and communicate a clear product vision. 

Skills

As the Salesforce & Customer Insight Product Manager you must have:
- A proven background with BI solutions and SaaS software deliveries, including Salesforce CRM
- A strong understanding of the technical architecture of complex web applications and web technologies
- Proven track record of gathering requirements and translating them into user stories and/or functional specifications
- Proven experience working in an agile development environment, e.g., SCRUM, Kanban, Lean

Experience Requirements

Experience must include:
- Proven experience working in an agile development environment, e.g., SCRUM, Kanban, Lean
- Strong stakeholder management experience with the ability to align departments

Qualifications

Salesforce Certifications an advantage.
