- Demonstrate a super user level of proficiency in your current CRM/ATS.
- Translate this expertise to optimise Salesforce configurations for recruitment-specific workflows.
- Ideally possess knowledgeable understanding of the Salesforce platform.
- Ideally be knowledgeable in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and System Testing.
- Ensure that Salesforce solutions meet quality standards and fulfill user requirements.
