Are you a Salesforce Delivery Lead who has travel industry experience?

Do you have a background in program management?

If yes, then we have a great opportunity for a someone who wants to get stuck in and then review and build out the delivery team and just as important processes.

This role is unable to provide sponsorship and applicants must be eligible to work in the UK.

This is a remote role, with global travel and working from their Berkshire office.


You will be responsible for leading a global team of Project Managers, Business Analysts and Consultants and for the global delivery of implementations of the core platform and bespoke software solutions.


As the Salesforce Delivery Lead you must have:
- Lead global Salesforce implementation projects and teams
- Headed delivery to external clients
- A strong demonstrable background of working for a software vendor (preferably Salesforce) and made changes that have radically impacted positively, the ability of that company to deliver faster and better
- Understand the issues of agile working, whilst also delivering to a customer with key milestones and hard delivery dates

Experience Requirements

You experience should include:
- Travel industry experience
- Experience of reviewing and transforming existing delivery processes to be more efficient
