Description

Are you an experienced Salesforce Delivery Lead? Are you ambitious, driven and talented?

If so this Director level role, might be the one for you.

Our client are a massive consulting company, who are just growing out their Salesforce practice and are looking for an experienced Salesforce Delivery Lead, to join their team. In return for you skills, experience and hardwork you will get to shape the growth and direction of the Salesforce practice.

This role is basesd in London with travel.

This role is unable to provide sponsorship and all applicants must be eligible to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

As the Salesforce Delivery Lead you will be responsible for sales, delivery and operations services with key cloud enterprise application partners. You will manage the business end-to-end and be responsible for sales and revenue, pipeline generation, delivery assurance, and growing the team.

Skills

As the Salesforce Delivery Lead your skills must include:
- The ability to managing multiple projects including; customer experience enhancements, transformation programs and international roll-outs, system development, API development, mobile development, real time scheduling, customer service solution
- Able to provide support for multiple winning sales pitches
- Able to interface with pre-sales teams, client account managers to define and implement existing client growth strategies, new clients acquisition.
- A deep understanding of the Salesforce platform, it's products and the ecosystem

Experience Requirements

Your experience should include:
- Experience of managing P&L, covering revenue generation, realisation & delivery
- Experience of developing strategy to grow a Salesforce practice and make it profitable
- Experience of managing budgets, gross and net margins
- Experience of building a Salesforce team to take the organisation forward
