Responsibilities
As the Senior Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant you will be responsible for advising on outstanding customer journeys, working closely with client’s experts, including Certified Technical Architects and Product specialists.
You will be the expert who translates marketing ambitions into actionable solutions. This role involves detailed customer requirements gathering, designing suitable Marketing Cloud architectures, and implementing the solution. You will set up Marketing Cloud tools, create and implement multi-channel customer journeys and campaigns, all with an unwavering focus on customer success.

Skills
As the Senior Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant you must have;
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including campaign creation, segment creation, and asset management
- Proficiency in marketing automation best practices, lead management, and performance reporting
- Familiarity with HTML/CSS/JavaScript
- Proficiency in learning complex software solutions
- Proficiency in designing and estimating solutions based on client needs
- Exceptional client services, communication, interpersonal, and support skills

Experience Requirements
- Must have experience in driving pre-sales solutions and estimations
