If yes, then we have a fantastic opportunity. This is a real opportunity to help make a difference to other peoples lives, as a Salesforce Skills Coach, and would suit someone who enjoyed working as consultant, but now wishes to hang up their consultant shoes and take a different direction.

This role is unable to provide sponsorship and applicants must be eligible to work in the UK.

This role is a combination of office based in London, remote and training locations around the UK.


As the Salesforce Skills Coach you will be helping to shape the career and future of 18-30 year olds, using your own knowledge and skills gained in working in the Salesforce ecosystem as a consultant.


 As the Salesforce Skills Coach your skills should include:
- Previous experience working as a Consultant in the Salesforce ecosystem
- Have an understanding of the soft skills needed to be a Salesforce Consultant, such as business analysis, client facing skills, project management etc.
- Able to deliver training - online, in a classroom environment and one-to-one on site
- Excellent communication, presentation skills and able to relate to people of all ages, in particular 18-30

Experience Requirements

You should have experience of working as a consultant, so you can talk honestly about the consulting environment. Experience of mentoring, coaching or training are essential.


Salesforce Training certification would be ideal.
