- Leading implementation projects, managing timelines, resources, and ensuring successful project delivery within scope.
- Conducting thorough system assessments, gap analysis, and identifying opportunities for process improvement.
- Configuring and customising the Employee Central Payroll module to align with client specifications.
- Providing expert guidance on best practices, compliance, and regulations related to payroll processes.
- Offering comprehensive training and support to clients during and post-implementation, ensuring seamless adoption and user satisfaction.
- Proven experience in successfully implementing SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll solutions, including configuration, integration, and customization.
