Responsibilities

As a SuccessFactors ECP Consultant, you will be a pivotal member of the implementation team, responsible for delivering end-to-end payroll solutions that optimise processes and enhance efficiency. Your role will encompass:

- Collaborating with clients to understand their unique business needs and tailor SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll to meet those requirements.
- Leading implementation projects, managing timelines, resources, and ensuring successful project delivery within scope.
- Conducting thorough system assessments, gap analysis, and identifying opportunities for process improvement.
- Configuring and customising the Employee Central Payroll module to align with client specifications.
- Providing expert guidance on best practices, compliance, and regulations related to payroll processes.
- Offering comprehensive training and support to clients during and post-implementation, ensuring seamless adoption and user satisfaction.

Skills

The ideal candidate should have:

- Proven experience in successfully implementing SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll solutions, including configuration, integration, and customization.
- Strong understanding of payroll processes, compliance, and regulations across various industries and regions.
- Exceptional problem-solving and analytical abilities to identify and address complex payroll challenges.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients, gather requirements, and deliver impactful presentations.

Experience Requirements

Experience in SAP payroll configuration for Gross payroll and Net Payroll, Tax Reports configuration.

Qualifications

Relevant certifications in SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll.
