Responsibilities
As an IT Recruitment Consultant you'll be responsible for fostering strong, lasting relationships with your clients, candidates and colleagues and building a talent pool of high quality candidates.
You'll be responsible for helping us to grow the business by taking over a warm to hot desk and managing the recruitment process from end-to-end.

Skills
As an IT Recruitment Consultant you must have:
- A proven background working as an external 360 technology recruitment consultant
- A background in developing new client relationships and growing key accounts
- Able to build a talent pool of technology candidates
- Able to managed the recruitment lifecycle from end-to-end
- Able to adopt a consultative sales approach
- You must be a self-sufficient; a real self-starter
- You should be highly motivated to succceed, goal orientated and target driven
- You should be able to consistently bill and exceed targets
- You should have strong organisation skills and able to manage your time effectively and efficiently
- Have a high level of emotional intelligence and integrity
- Good with video conferencing technology, such as Google Meets, Zoom or Microsoft Teams

Experience Requirements
Ideally your recruitment experience should be within Salesforce or technology.
