Are you a Test Engineer?

Are you looking for your next permanent position?

Our client, who are an end user within the transport marketplace are looking for a Test Engineer to join their SCRUM team.

This role is unable to provide sponsorship and all applicants must be eligible to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

As the Test Engineer, you will be responsible for creating and executing manual and automated test plans, using a combination of web browsers and operating systems. You will also take part in reviews of automation tests and manual tests, whilst maintaining the manual regression packs.

You will ideally have a passion for continuing education and improving code quality through interaction with others, using e-learning tools and going on away days to suppliers and seminars.

Skills

As the Test Engineer you must have:
- Proficient in manual and exploratory testing
- Proficient in coding and creating and executing automation.
- Proficient in automation testing using Selenium Web driver
- Familiar with C# or Java & SQL.
- Proficient with Visual Studio IDE
- Familiar with using source control tools such as TFS or Git.
- Familiar with HTML/CSS/DOM

Experience Requirements

Experience with Agile/Lean development including Scrum and Kanban would be highly advantageous.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related subject preferred.
ITSQB-BCS Certified Tester Foundation Level
