Resource On Demand, the UK and Europe’s first Salesforce recruitment specialist, was co-founded by entrepreneurial husband and wife team Lee and Theresa Durrant. Keen to pave the way for a
new type of recruiter that innovates and pushes the boundaries, they have seen modest success so far with their joint venture. But, it is clear from talking to both Lee and Theresa that they dream big.
As Theresa Durrant explained to Bob Neill MP, during his visit to the Basepoint in Dartford, their vision has always been “to be part of the community”, which they recognise through local fund raising and community events, but as a small enterprise they also help to boost the local economy, offering individuals without experience the “opportunity to succeed”. A philosphy that has helped them grow. The question is, where do they go from here?
