Resource on Demand was founded in 2008 by Theresa and Lee Durrant, but the story starts a little earlier than that. Between them, Theresa and Lee had already been placing technology talent since 1999, which means the experience behind ROD goes back further than the business itself.
We became Europe’s first dedicated Salesforce recruitment agency, and that specialism has shaped everything we have built since. Over the years we have grown our network, deepened our relationships across the ecosystem and expanded into adjacent technology disciplines including SAP, AI and Digital Transformation.
The way we work has never changed. Every candidate is spoken to and screened by a real person. Every client gets a recruiter who takes the time to understand what they actually need. That is not something we do because it sounds good. It is the reason our clients and candidates keep coming back.
