We are recruiting on behalf of our client, a Salesforce Partner, for two Senior Salesforce Developers to join a growing, customer-focused delivery team. This is a fully remote opportunity for a hands-on developer who enjoys solving complex problems, working closely with customers, and exploring the potential of AI-enabled Salesforce solutions.
You will help design, build, and support Salesforce solutions that deliver genuine business value, while collaborating directly with customers in meetings, workshops, and technical discussions.

Develop, configure, and maintain scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex and declarative configuration.
Translate customer requirements into secure, practical, and high-quality technical solutions.
Participate confidently in customer meetings, workshops, discovery sessions, and technical discussions.
Build and maintain integrations between Salesforce and third-party systems.
Support customers through issue investigation, resolution, enhancements, and release activity.
Explore and contribute to AI-enabled Salesforce solutions, including automation and intelligent workflows.
Work proactively within a fully remote team, taking ownership of your work and communicating clearly throughout delivery.
Stay current with Salesforce platform developments and apply new skills to customer projects.
Senior hands-on Salesforce development experience, particularly with Apex and configuration.
Excellent verbal and written English, with the ability to communicate professionally and confidently with customers.
Strong customer-facing skills and comfort working directly with stakeholders.
Demonstrable interest in AI technologies and AI-enabled solutions; previous AI project experience is desirable.
A self-motivated, proactive approach, with the ability to use initiative without constant supervision.
A genuine desire to learn, develop new skills, and adapt to evolving technologies and customer needs.
The legal right to work in the UK and permanent residence in the UK.
Experience working successfully within fully remote teams.
Salesforce certifications are essential. Please note: We are not considering overseas candidates or candidates intending to relocate.
