We are recruiting on behalf of our client, a certified Salesforce Partner are looking for a hybrid Salesforce Consultants to join their growing UK team, delivering impactful Salesforce solutions across a range of industries, with particular strength in the Education sector.

The Role

As a Salesforce Consultant, you will own and deliver Salesforce projects end to end. You will work directly with customers to understand their goals, translate requirements into effective solutions, and guide them through implementation, training, and adoption.

You will typically manage several projects at once, from pre-sales and discovery through to build, implementation, and ongoing customer support.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead customer workshops, discovery sessions, and requirements-gathering activities.

• Configure Salesforce solutions, including custom objects, Flows, Lightning pages, page layouts, reporting, and data loading.

• Manage multiple client projects simultaneously, from inception through to delivery.

• Support pre-sales activity, solution design, and implementation planning.

• Cleanse, migrate, and manage data as part of Salesforce implementations.

• Build training materials and deliver customer training on Salesforce solutions.

• Work closely with internal teams and senior colleagues to ensure successful project delivery.

• Build strong, trusted relationships with clients and act as a confident point of contact throughout delivery.
