We are recruiting on behalf of our client, for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Consultant to join their team in Lisbon. Key Responsibilities:
– Lead and deliver at least five full-cycle SAP SuccessFactors implementations, focusing on Time Management and Employee Central modules
– Configure and optimise SAP SuccessFactors solutions to meet client requirements
– Act as a functional consultant, translating business needs into effective system solutions
– Design and document solution architecture and processes
– Liaise with stakeholders at all levels to gather requirements, provide updates, and ensure successful project delivery
– Provide expert advice on best practices and system enhancements
– Support user training and post-implementation activities
What We’re Looking For:
– Proven experience with SAP SuccessFactors
– Strong expertise in Time Management and Employee Central modules
– Hands-on configuration and solution design skills
– Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities
– Fluent in Portuguese and English (Spanish is a plus)
– Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Experience working as a functional consultant in HRIS or similar environments.
Relevant SAP/SuccessFactors certifications.
