Salesforce Business Analyst
We’re looking for a Technical Business Analyst to act as the vital link between teams across our leading Non Profit client in the UK. You’ll work with stakeholders to understand, document and improve business processes and technical workflows across our internal technology platforms — including HR, Finance and Digital Engagement. Your work will help them build a stronger, more efficient digital ecosystem that maximises impact while upholding high standards of data protection, security and ethical technology use.

Responsibilities
-Translate organisational challenges into clear, actionable technical specifications.
-Analyse, document and improve business processes and technical workflows across diverse internal platforms.
-Research, design and support system changes, integrations and configurations to improve daily operations.
-Ensure new systems and updates are successfully adopted by end-users through effective change management.
-Collaborate with stakeholders across different divisions to deliver continuous improvement.
-Maintain high standards of data protection, security and ethical technology use in all projects.
Skills
-Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role within a technology-driven environment.
- Experienced ideally in Salesforce but not just the main focus. With other SaaS platforms too.
- Non Profit experience or volunteered within a Non Profit organisation.
-Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
-Experience supporting system integrations, configurations and change management initiatives.
-A commitment to data protection, security and ethical use of technology.
-Ability to work collaboratively across teams and drive continuous improvement.
