Our client, who is in the Financial Services sector are looking for a Salesforce Administrator to join their team.
With a strong desire to keep learning, the successful candidate should be Salesforce Administrator Certified and have a strong understanding of Salesforce Service Cloud and Pardot. In return, you will be given the guidance and support to complete your role.
This role will ideally suit someone who has been working as an internal Salesforce consultant, with experience of managing multiple enterprise level Salesforce implemenation projects.
- Gather and analyse business requirements and build solutions on the Salesforce platform.
- Maintain clear and accurate documentation of requirements and solutions.
- Identify and define opportunities for improvement.
- Assist with operational rollout and support
- Solid Salesforce administration and business analysis skills
- Highly knowledgeable around Service Cloud and Pardot
- Able to write user stories
- Be the point of contact and able to run workshops
- Declarative experience is essential
- Familiar with validation rules / workflows etc
- Knowledge and understanding of systems testing (regression testing, smoke testing, automated test tools)
Proven track record of helping deliver successful software, IT and business projects/solutions
