Responsibilities
- Take full ownership of the Salesforce platform as Administrator and Product Owner.
- Manage and enhance Salesforce across Sales, Experience, and Service Cloud.
- Work closely with internal teams to understand requirements and deliver effective CRM solutions.
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders to define and implement best practices.
- Oversee data quality, user adoption, and continuous system improvements.
Skills
- Proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator or Product Owner.
- Background working for or with a consultancy.
- Strong knowledge of Sales Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Service Cloud.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
