We are recruiting on behalf of our client, a purpose-driven Salesforce customer, who is investing in their digital capability to make a real-world impact. This is an excellent opportunity for a Salesforce Developer who wants to use their skills to support meaningful work while still tackling complex, rewarding technical challenges.
This role offers flexibility, with the option of working remotely or spending two days per week in a London office.
Competitive salary with a clear purpose-driven mission.
Flexible working, including hybrid or fully remote options.
Opportunity to work on impactful projects that make a difference.
Supportive and collaborative team environment.
Career development with exposure to architecture and strategic work.
This role would suit someone motivated by impact as much as technology – someone who wants their work to matter.
If you are ready to take the next step in your Salesforce career and contribute to meaningful change, we would love to hear from you.
You will play a key part in developing, enhancing, and supporting a Salesforce platform that underpins critical services. The work is varied and hands-on, combining development, support, and collaboration across multiple projects and stakeholders.
– Develop and maintain Salesforce solutions using LWC, Apex, JavaScript, and SOQL.
– Support the platform through issue resolution, enhancements, and release cycles.
– Design and build integrations with third-party systems.
– Work closely with technical and non-technical stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
– Contribute to solution design, with exposure to architectural decision-making.
– Ensure best practices are followed across development, testing, and deployment.
Strong hands-on Salesforce development experience across LWC, Apex, and integrations.
Solid understanding of system maintenance, support, and release management.
Confident communicator, able to engage with both technical teams and business stakeholders.
Exposure to architecture or solution design is highly advantageous.
Experience working across multiple projects or environments.
Experience within the nonprofit sector is beneficial, but not essential.
Salesforce Administrator and Platform Developer I certifications (Platform Developer II desirable).
