Our client, a growing UK-based Salesforce Consultancy specialising in the Non-Profit sector, is looking to hire experienced Salesforce Functional Consultants to support a range of impactful digital transformation projects.

The Role

You will work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into effective Salesforce solutions. You will play a key role across the full project lifecycle, from requirements gathering through to delivery and user adoption.

Responsibilities

As the Salesforce Functional Consultant, you will be:

-Gather and document business requirements and functional specifications

-Work with developers to design and deliver Salesforce solutions

-Lead user acceptance testing (UAT) and manage issue logs

-Facilitate workshops with stakeholders at all levels

-Support project delivery and engage with senior stakeholders

-Deliver training, demonstrations, and user support

Skills

As the Salesforce Functional Consultant, you will have:

-Strong experience across Salesforce core clouds, including Sales Cloud and Service Cloud

-In-depth knowledge of Salesforce administration and product suite

-Proven business analysis and system analysis skills

-Experience delivering IT systems and managing full project lifecycles

- Good amount of experience in designing and administering Salesforce CRM systems

-Strong communication skills, with the ability to present, train, and engage stakeholders

-Experience running workshops and supporting solution adoption

Experience Requirements

-Experience within the Non-Profit, public sector, or voluntary sector

Qualifications

- Salesforce Certified Administrator (essential)
- Salesforce Certified Consultant (e.g. Sales, Service, or similar)
