Responsibilities
- Be the Subject Matter Expert in the non profit and charity sector.
- Grow and maintain client relationships to advance the end client’s objective and to be their trusted advisors, to enable their strategy from operating model to enablement.
- Support with business development and bid response activities.
- Advise on solution and technology architecture.
Skills
- Able to support projects in applying operating model optimisations using the Salesforce platform.
- Knowledgeable on Salesforce products such as NPSP, non profit Cloud
- Presentation skills.
- Strength in project management and agile delivery.
- Stay on top of the latest trends within non profit.
- Able to train and coach colleagues and build the broader consulting capability.
