Key Responsibilities
– Lead the PMO function for major transformation projects, ensuring best practices and governance are consistently applied
– Manage and mentor teams of Project Managers and Business Analysts, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement
– Collaborate with senior stakeholders to align on planning, execution, and reporting
– Develop and maintain integrated programme plans, timelines, and dashboards for leadership
– Proactively manage risks, issues, and dependencies, escalating as required to ensure successful delivery
– Build and maintain strong relationships across internal and external teams
– Champion continuous improvement in project delivery and PMO operations
– Demonstrated ability to manage and develop large teams of Project Managers and BAs
– Strong understanding of project management methodologies with relevant certifications
– Technology transformation focus (Salesforce experience is desirable but not essential)
– Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills
– Retail sector experience is a plus
– Proficiency with project management tools (MS Project, JIRA, Confluence)
Proven PMO experience supporting large-scale transformation projects within major consulting environments.
A combination of PRINCE2, PMP, Agile, SAFe certifications
