Responsibilities
- Lead the PMO function for major transformation projects, ensuring best practices and governance are consistently applied
- Manage and mentor teams of Project Managers and Business Analysts, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders to align on planning, execution, and reporting
- Develop and maintain integrated programme plans, timelines, and dashboards for leadership
- Proactively manage risks, issues, and dependencies, escalating as required to ensure successful delivery
- Build and maintain strong relationships across internal and external teams
- Champion continuous improvement in project delivery and PMO operations
Skills
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies with relevant certifications
- Technology transformation focus (Salesforce experience is desirable but not essential)
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills
- Retail sector experience is a plus
- Proficiency with project management tools (MS Project, JIRA, Confluence)
