What You’ll Be Doing:
– Leading Salesforce delivery across complex, enterprise-scale transformation projects
– Acting as a trusted advisor to clients, ensuring successful outcomes across people, process, and technology
– Overseeing technical and functional teams, providing direction, structure, and clear communication
– Managing delivery milestones, timelines, and stakeholder expectations
– Ensuring best practices in Agile delivery and solution design
What We’re Looking For:
-Proven and extensive background within Salesforce delivery and leadership roles
– Strong consulting background with experience managing transformation programmes
– Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
– Must have the right to work in the UK (British citizen, EU national, or ILR status)
Hands-on experience with Salesforce Industry Cloud, ideally within financial services.
Salesforce Certified. Industry Cloud certification preferred.
