Who is ROD?
Resource On Demand (ROD) is a small family-based team of Salesforce recruiters with a big reputation.
We are Lee and Theresa Durrant, and back in 2008, we spotted a gap in the market and created Europe’s first-ever Salesforce recruitment company.
Since then, we have continued building our network of Salesforce clients and candidates to where we are today as one of the most successful and well-respected recruitment companies in the Salesforce space.
