The Role
You will lead complex SAP transformation programmes, working closely with C-level stakeholders to shape strategy, define solutions, and oversee delivery. Alongside hands-on architecture responsibilities, you will play a key role in pre-sales, solution design, and business development.

Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end SAP S/4HANA transformation programmes across multiple industries
- Own solution architecture across key modules, such as PLM, MDG, FICO, OTC, and PP/QM
- Engage with senior stakeholders to define digital transformation strategies
- Drive pre-sales activities including proposals, solution design, and client presentations
- Provide leadership and mentorship to delivery teams across large-scale programmes
- Ensure successful project delivery from design through to go-live and optimisation
Skills
- Solid SAP consulting experience, ideally within a consultancy environment
- Strong expertise across S/4HANA and core modules such as, PLM, MDG, FICO, OTC, PP/QM
- Proven track record delivering end-to-end digital transformation programmes
- Solid experience in pre-sales, solution architecture, and stakeholder management
- Fluent German and English speaking required
