Responsibilities
-Own the solution on health sector Salesforce engagements — from discovery, build and go‑live, through to hypercare and transition to Managed Services.
-Lead teams delivering large‑scale, complex, multi‑cloud implementations with Health Cloud and Field Service at the centre.
-Design integrated solutions that work for both clinical and field teams — including patient and provider data models, care plans, scheduling, dispatch, and mobile experiences.
-Work with clinical and operational stakeholders to design around how they actually work, not just how a process map says they do.
-Set and maintain the technical bar: best practice, patterns, and quality gates.
-Own the DevOps side of delivery — source control, CI, and trusted release processes.
-Contribute to internal community and professional development, leading demos and best‑practice sessions.
-Build reusable assets, accelerators, and prototypes that showcase what’s possible.
-Use modern tools to accelerate solutioning and delivery without compromising quality.
Skills
-Strong Field Service expertise — work orders, service appointments, territories, scheduling, dispatch, crew and capacity management, and mobile/offline experiences.
-Deep knowledge of OmniStudio — OmniScripts, FlexCards, Integration Procedures and Data Mappers.
-Experience as the primary architect on large‑scale, complex, multi‑cloud Salesforce implementations across the full project lifecycle.
-Strong solution design and data modelling skills — HLDs, LLDs, ERDs, security architecture, and complex data migrations.
-Deep platform knowledge — security and permissions, sharing, Lightning App Builder, Flow, Experience Builder, and platform limits.
-Experience with integrations, APIs, and DevOps tools (Git, metadata deployment, CI/CD).
-Excellent stakeholder management skills, from end users to C‑level.
-Experience coaching and reviewing the work of junior team members.
