Plus, they will be conducting complex data analyses that will be used to improve existing systems and processes. To be suitable for this position it is essential that they have the following skills and experience:

  • Project management skills
  • Implementation experience
  • They must also be highly organised and have excellent communication skills

Nurturing Manager

A Nurturing Manager is creative and able to implement processes. They will be developing and driving the companies online lead nurturing programs. This role is key as ‘86% of marketers said that marketing automation improved nurturing’ (stat from eMarketer).

Nurturing Managers responsibilities will include optimising the lead funnel and managing the day-to-day marketing operations. With their experience they will also be developing and carrying out effective lead management strategies to enhance conversion rates. To be suitable for this position it is essential that they have the following skills are experience:

  • HTML / CSS experience
  • Experience developing lead generation programs
  • Previous inbound marketing experience
  • Excellent at building relationships and able to set the standard for content
