We are working with a leading SaaS company in the North West of England that is looking for an experienced Salesforce Product Owner to join its team on a permanent basis.

The role
As Salesforce Product Owner, you will manage the Salesforce product roadmap and work closely with business, technology and delivery teams.
You will understand business needs, prioritise improvements and make sure Salesforce solutions are delivered effectively. You will also act as the link between stakeholders and the Salesforce delivery team.

Responsibilities
-Own and manage the Salesforce product roadmap.
-Manage and prioritise the Salesforce product backlog.
-Gather and understand business requirements.
-Write clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
-Work with Salesforce administrators, developers and implementation partners.
-Collaborate with teams across the SaaS business.
-Support testing, releases and user adoption.
-Identify opportunities to improve Salesforce products and processes.
-Help ensure Salesforce supports business growth and customer needs.
-Communicate priorities, progress and key decisions to stakeholders.
Skills
-Experience working in a SaaS or software company.
-Strong knowledge of Salesforce and its capabilities.
-Experience managing a product roadmap and backlog.
-Good understanding of Agile and product delivery methods.
-Experience gathering requirements and writing user stories.
-The ability to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
-Strong communication, organisation and problem-solving skills.
-A customer-focused and practical approach to product delivery.
