Recruiting on behalf of a leading Salesforce Partner, who is seeking a Salesforce Consultant. This role is ideal for a Salesforce professional who enjoys wearing multiple hats, owning projects end to end, and working closely with clients in a friendly, collaborative team environment.

Responsibilities
What you will be doing:
- Leading multiple Salesforce projects at any one time across pre-sales, discovery, design, build and implementation.
- Running client workshops and meetings, understanding what clients want – including what they are not saying – and turning this into practical Salesforce solutions.
- Building and configuring Salesforce (no coding), including flows and other declarative tools, to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions.
- Collaborating with internal teams, contributing to a fun, friendly culture, and helping to shape best practice across the consultancy.
- Leading multiple Salesforce projects at any one time across pre-sales, discovery, design, build and implementation.

Skills
What we are looking for:
- Strong soft skills: confident communicator, great listener, able to interpret client needs and challenge constructively where needed.
- Hands-on Salesforce configuration experience with core clouds (Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Marketing Cloud); exposure to Revenue Cloud, Education Cloud or AI / Agent Force is a bonus.
- Outgoing, friendly personality suited to team bonding and leading client-facing sessions.
- Comfortable working in the Leeds office 2–3 days per week; relocators considered where there is a genuine reason to move to Leeds.
- Educational background in a relevant area is interesting but not essential.

Experience Requirements
Experience as a Salesforce Consultant, ideally with another Salesforce Partner, or strong internal “consultant” experience on the customer side and able to clearly articulate this.
