Responsibilities
The Salesforce FSL Specialist key responsibilities will include:
-Lead the design and delivery of Salesforce Field Service Lightning (FSL) solutions to meet complex business needs.
-Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define architecture and ensure successful solution delivery.
-Provide thought leadership and best‑practice guidance across Salesforce implementations.
-Work closely with functional consultants, developers, and project teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment.
-Lead the design and delivery of Salesforce Field Service Lightning (FSL) solutions to meet complex business needs.
-Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define architecture and ensure successful solution delivery.
-Provide thought leadership and best‑practice guidance across Salesforce implementations.
-Work closely with functional consultants, developers, and project teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment.
Skills
As a Salesforce FSL Specialist you will bring:
-Demonstrable hands‑on experience designing and delivering Salesforce Field Service Lightning solutions.
-Proven track record working as a Salesforce Solution Architect or Lead Consultant.
-Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build strong client relationships.
-Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities and Field Service configuration.
