Responsibilities
The Salesforce Functional Consultant main responsibilities will include:
-Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyse business requirements.
-Design and deliver effective Salesforce solutions using core Salesforce Clouds; Sales and Service Clouds.
-Carry out hands-on configuration, including building flows, validation rules, and other declarative tools.
-Ensure all solutions align with best practices and business goals.
-Act as a trusted consultant to clients, ensuring strong communication and successful project outcomes.
-Collaborate with developers and testers to deliver high-quality, well-tested solutions.
-Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyse business requirements.
-Design and deliver effective Salesforce solutions using core Salesforce Clouds; Sales and Service Clouds.

Skills
As the Salesforce Functional Consultant you will have:
-Demonstrable skills across Salesforce Clouds, especially Sales and Service Clouds.
-Strong configuration skills with an emphasis on flow builder and process automation.
-Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
-A proactive approach, with the ability to manage priorities and work independently.
-A passion for solving business challenges using Salesforce technology.
-Demonstrable skills across Salesforce Clouds, especially Sales and Service Clouds.
-Strong configuration skills with an emphasis on flow builder and process automation.
-Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Experience Requirements
-Proven experience as a Salesforce Functional Consultant either in another Salesforce Consultancy or in an inhouse role.
Qualifications
-Ideally hold a minimum of one Salesforce certification.
