Salesforce Pre-Sales Consultant (Multi-Industry) 

We’re partnering with a leading enterprise Salesforce consultancy in the UK that is investing heavily in its pre-sales capability. As part of this growth, they are looking to hire a high-calibre Salesforce Pre-Sales Consultant who can operate credibly at enterprise level and bring a true consultative approach to complex deals.

This role is less about delivering polished demos and more about shaping compelling value propositions, influencing stakeholders, and positioning Salesforce solutions in a way that resonates with senior business and technology leaders.

The Role

You will work closely with sales and delivery teams to support enterprise-level opportunities, leading on solution positioning, bid responses, and early-stage solution design.

Responsibilities

Key responsibilities include for the Salesforce Pre-Sales Consultant (Multi-Industry):

-Leading pre-sales engagements across complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise deals

-Building strong value-led narratives rather than purely demo-driven presentations

-Contributing to and owning RFPs, bids, and proposal development

-Creating high-level solution designs and architect-style mock-ups (non-delivery focused)

-Acting as a Trusted Advisor to clients, confidently engaging at C-suite and senior stakeholder level

-Mirroring a Salesforce Solution Engineer mindset with a consultative, insight-led approach

Skills

About You:

This role requires someone who can command a room, build credibility quickly, and engage clients without relying on a “sales-heavy” approach.


You will bring as the Salesforce Pre-Sales Consultant (Multi Industry):

-Proven experience in Salesforce pre-sales within an enterprise environment

-Strong exposure to multi-industry clients and complex transformation programmes

-Experience supporting large-scale deals, including bids and proposals

-The ability to translate business challenges into high-level Salesforce solutions

-Architect-level thinking with experience in solution design and mock-ups

-A consulting background or prior experience working at Salesforce is highly advantageous

-Strong communicator with the ability to simplify complex ideas

Qualifications
