As the Salesforce Solution Architect you will perform the following key responsibilities:

-Lead end-to-end Salesforce solution design for Media & Communications clients

-Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, translating business needs into scalable Salesforce architectures

-Support and lead pre-sales activities including solution shaping, proposals, and client presentations

-Work closely with delivery teams to ensure successful implementation and alignment with architecture

-Provide expertise across Salesforce Media Cloud and related products

The key skills required for this opportunity are:

-Proven experience as a Salesforce Solution Architect within a consultancy environment

-Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Media Cloud

-Demonstrated success supporting pre-sales activities and client-facing engagements

-Solid understanding of Media & Communications industry use cases

-Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

-Salesforce certifications (e.g. Application Architect, System Architect, or CTA – desirable)
