What You’ll Be Doing:

- Leading end-to-end Salesforce transformation projects from technical design to delivery
- Working closely with clients to define architectural solutions that align with business goals
- Mentoring technical teams while remaining hands-on in development as needed
- Ensuring successful deployment in Agile environments
- Collaborating with stakeholders across IT and business functions to drive innovation and scalability

What We’re Looking For:

- Extensive Salesforce experience with strong technical leadership in enterprise transformations
- Proven hands-on development experience
- Experience working in deployment teams using Agile methodologies
- Heavily involved with Salesforce Industries (SFI)
- Background in consulting environments
- British citizen, EU national, or ILR status

Experience in healthcare or financial sectors.

Certified in one or more: SFI, CPQ (Salesforce or Apttus), or Financial Services Cloud
