Responsibilities
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Leading end-to-end Salesforce transformation projects from technical design to delivery
- Working closely with clients to define architectural solutions that align with business goals
- Mentoring technical teams while remaining hands-on in development as needed
- Ensuring successful deployment in Agile environments
- Collaborating with stakeholders across IT and business functions to drive innovation and scalability
- Leading end-to-end Salesforce transformation projects from technical design to delivery
- Working closely with clients to define architectural solutions that align with business goals
- Mentoring technical teams while remaining hands-on in development as needed
- Ensuring successful deployment in Agile environments
- Collaborating with stakeholders across IT and business functions to drive innovation and scalability
Skills
What We’re Looking For:
- Extensive Salesforce experience with strong technical leadership in enterprise transformations
- Proven hands-on development experience
- Strong proficiency in Apex, Lightning Components, Flow, and core Salesforce configuration
- Experience working in deployment teams using Agile methodologies
- Background in consulting environments
- Able to work in South Yorkshire for three months, and then homeworking
- British citizen, EU national, or ILR status
- Extensive Salesforce experience with strong technical leadership in enterprise transformations
- Proven hands-on development experience
- Strong proficiency in Apex, Lightning Components, Flow, and core Salesforce configuration
- Experience working in deployment teams using Agile methodologies

Experience Requirements
Expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and ideally Marketing Cloud.
Qualifications
Salesforce certifications (e.g., Application Architect, System Architect, Technical Architect) are highly advantageous.
