Responsibilities
As an Amazon Connect Administrator, you’ll:
⏩Configure and maintain Amazon Connect contact flows, queues, routing profiles, and other components to meet business needs.
⏩Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Amazon Connect and its integrations.
⏩Optimise system performance to ensure efficient call handling and customer service delivery.
⏩Manage user accounts, permissions, and security settings within Amazon Connect.
⏩Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for improvement and implement solutions.
⏩Stay up-to-date on Amazon Connect features and recommend enhancements to improve operations.
⏩Provide training and support for contact centre agents and supervisors on Amazon Connect tools.

The ideal candidate will:

✅Experience of integrations between Amazon Connect and Salesforce.
