We are delighted to be recruiting on behalf of our client, a respected Salesforce customer in the non-profit sector, for a talented Salesforce Sales Cloud Expert. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a pivotal role in a high-impact project, helping our client unlock the full potential of their Salesforce Sales Cloud platform.
This is a 2-year fixed term contract with a strong likelihood of extension.

Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the implementation of Salesforce Sales Cloud, ensuring the platform is used to its fullest potential.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, challenge, and refine business processes, offering expert advice to drive improvement.
- Provide hands-on configuration, customisation, and support during the project lifecycle.
- Deliver training and guidance to end users, ensuring smooth adoption of new processes.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to align Salesforce solutions with organisational goals.
- Lead the implementation of Salesforce Sales Cloud, ensuring the platform is used to its fullest potential.

What We’re Looking For From The Salesforce Sales Cloud Expert:
- Proven experience implementing Salesforce Sales Cloud (not just BAU support).
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, confident in questioning, refining, and improving business processes.
- Willingness to work from the Gloucestershire based office at least twice a week.
- Comfortable with a 2-year fixed term contract, with a strong chance of extension.
- Background in the non-profit sector.

Experience Requirements
Ideally have experience with Education Cloud, Agentforce, or Data Cloud.
Qualifications
