SAP SuccessFactors Consultant

We are recruiting on behalf of our client, for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Consultant to join their team in Lisbon. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and deliver at least five full-cycle SAP SuccessFactors implementations, focusing on Time Management and Employee Central modules
- Configure and optimise SAP SuccessFactors solutions to meet client requirements
- Act as a functional consultant, translating business needs into effective system solutions
- Design and document solution architecture and processes
- Liaise with stakeholders at all levels to gather requirements, provide updates, and ensure successful project delivery
- Provide expert advice on best practices and system enhancements
- Support user training and post-implementation activities

What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience with SAP SuccessFactors
- Strong expertise in Time Management and Employee Central modules
- Hands-on configuration and solution design skills
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities
- Fluent in Portuguese and English (Spanish is a plus)
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Experience working as a functional consultant in HRIS or similar environments.

Relevant SAP/SuccessFactors certifications.
