Responsibilities
- Maintain and enhance the Salesforce org, focusing on new features and small tweaks.
- Review, unravel, and rewrite existing Salesforce documentation.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across the business to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
- Support integration of third-party applications within a complex Salesforce environment.
- Ensure best practices are followed and processes are clearly documented.
- Champion clear, effective communication across a diverse user base.
Skills
- Strong process-driven mindset with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent communication skills—fluent English is essential.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a small team.
- Passion for nonprofit work or experience with NPSP is a bonus, but not essential.
