Responsibilities
⏩Administer and optimise Salesforce Service Cloud to support customer service operations.
⏩Configure workflows, validation rules, automation tools, and custom objects to meet business needs.
⏩Proactively identify system improvements and implement solutions independently.
⏩Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver tailored configurations.
⏩Monitor data quality, ensure system accuracy, and manage integrations with third-party tools.
⏩Provide training and support to users for effective platform utilisation.
Skills
